The service
AgentWhip provides access to software, APIs, and documentation described on this site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service or other customers.
Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access until resolved.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where law prohibits such limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws chosen by your operating entity, excluding conflict rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer laws apply.
