Cancellation Policy
How subscription cancellation works and what happens to your access and billing.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your paid plan from your billing area after signing in, or through the customer portal provided by our payment partner when available. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not delete your account automatically unless you request account closure separately.
Effective timing
Depending on your payment method and billing cycle, cancellation may take effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access through the end of the period for which you have already paid, unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly offered at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support through your account and we will investigate in good faith.
After cancellation
When your subscription ends, quota-gated features may become unavailable until you resubscribe. Usage history may remain visible for a period consistent with our Privacy Policy.
